中学生成就动机与成功恐惧的研究

A STUDY ON MIDDLE-SCHOOL STUDENTS' ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVE ANDACHIEVEMENT FEAR

运用成就动机问卷与投射测验研究了 4 5 4名中学生的成就动机与成功恐惧 ,结果表明 ,中学生的成就动机存在显著的学校类型差异 ,重点中学学生的成就动机显著强于普通中学学生。男生和女生均存在着成功恐惧 ,其恐惧主要与学业、人际关系、家庭和事业有关。被试在女主人公身上投射出更多的成功恐惧。中学生追求成功的动机与成功恐惧呈显著的负相关 。

This research investigated 454 middle-school students' achievement motive and achievement fear, a questionnaire of achievement motive and projective techniques. The result showed that there were significant differences in achievement motive between different types of schools, and the level of achievement motive of key school students was higher than that of ordinary school; there was no significant gender difference in achievement fear. Achievement fear was related to the students' school work, interpersonal relations , families and careers . The subjects projected more achievement fear on the female leading characters of the stories. The achievement motive of seeking success was negatively related to achievement fear, but the motive of avoiding defeat was positively related to achievement fear.
