Theoretical Thoughts and Systemic Design on How to Improve Legal Independent Adjudication Powered by People's Courts

从考察我国人民法院独立审判的法律沿革、存在问题和困难着手 ,就正确认识和理解执政党、立法机构和法院的关系问题以及法院独立审判和审级独立、法官独立的关系问题进行理论阐述 ,进而提出完善人民法院依法独立行使审判权的制度设计。

With the development of Chinese legal system, the problems and the difficulties to the judicial independence of the people's courts are expounded to appreciate the relations between the Party in power, the legislative body and the court, between the independent adjudication, the independent trial grades and independent judge. The systematic designs on improving legal independent adjudication of the people's courts are presented.
