摘要
本文应用 SEM(扫描电子显微镜)研究了制备碘化铯光阴极时基底的温度,真空烘烤和露置大气对光阴极的微观结构的影响。
The effects of the substract temperature during preparing the CsI photocathodes, the vacuum baking temperature and the exposing in atmosphere on the microstructure of CsI photocathodes are analysed with SEM(sean electron microscope)in this paper.
