本文介绍了一种新型电磁先导式真空止逆阀的结构和工作原理，建立了阀工作过程的动力学模型和动态过程方程组。通过数值求解得出了阀关、开过程的动态曲线及动作时间等重要参数。

This paper introduce the structure and princple of operation for a new electric-magnetic pre-guiding vacuum check valve, establish the dynamic models of operating process. According to the models,a series of equations are deduced. which express the operating process of valve. The dynamic curve and the important time parameters which describe the close-open process of valve have been given with the numerical calculation.
