真空动密封用双酯基磁性流体的制备及性质

Preparation of Diester-based Magnetic Fluid Used in Vacuum Dynamic Sealing and its Properties

论述了制备磁性流体选择表面活性剂和载体的一般规律性问题。采用共沉淀法制备四氧化三铁磁粉，分别分散于 ＤＯＰ，ＤＯＳ载体中，得ＨＺＰ、 ＨＺＳ及 ＺＤ－５２Ｂ型磁性流体，磁饱和强度分别达到３１７Ｇｓ、３０６Ｇｓ及５００Ｇｓ。电子显微镜及ＢＥＴ比表面测定结果表明粒子尺寸在１０ｕｍ左右。有关性质本文亦略加叙述。

Using precipitation method, we also call it wet method, we have prepared Fe3O4 magnetic powders.By dispering in DOP DOS carriers, three kihds of stable magnetic fluids named HZP HZS ZD-52B were obtained and the saturation magnetization is 317Gs,306Gs,500Gs.And in this article, you can learn some properties on ferrofluids and the choice of carriers and surfactants too.
