摘要
本文介绍一种专为生产“活性参”而研制的真空冷冻干燥装置。它的主要特点是结构简单，操作方便，性能可靠，成本和运转费用低，实践证明该设备除用于冻干“活性参”外，还可用于山野菜的生产。
In this paper,we introduce a kind of vacuum freeze drying device for producing 'active Panax ginseng C.A.Mey', Main feature of this device is simple structure, convenient operation,reliable property,lower manufacturing and turning cost. It has been shown in practice that this device may also be used for producing edible wild herbs except freeze drying Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.
