摘要
本文介绍了利用脉冲真空电弧进行镀膜的初步研究结果。主要研究了在不同电气参数、结构参数……条件下,在炭钢基材上镀铝合金膜和不锈钢膜及影响成膜性能的因素。研究结果表明,这种镀膜方法,可以镀各种金属和合金膜;具有设备简单,镀膜速率高等特点,但仍需进一步消除膜中的大颗粒,改善膜的表面光洁度。
A Preliminary studing results of pulsed vacuum arc coatings are presented in this paper. The effect of different electric parameters and electrode structure on the coating performances of Al alloy and stainless steel deposited on the steel substrates was investingated. The results have shown: This coating process can deposit various metal and alloy film.It has many features such as simple equipment, extremely fast deposition rate, and so on. But it is necessary to eliminate the droplets or macroparticles and improve the smoothness of coating surface.
