51 Prospective on the Subject and Object Aspects of the Crimes of Terrorism

恐怖主义犯罪一直以来都是一种危害巨大的犯罪。我国虽然在20世纪50年代基本上消灭了恐怖主义犯罪,但是随着改革向纵深方向发展,加之国际恐怖主义向我国渗透,恐怖主义犯罪在我国又死灰复燃,大有愈演愈烈的趋势。然而,我国刑法理论界研究恐怖主义犯罪的著作却相对较少且争议较大。对此,本文主要从恐怖主义犯罪的主客观两个层面着手,尝试性地对恐怖主义犯罪的论述进行补阙。

Terrorism has been a kind of crime that greatly endangers the society. Although our country has eradicated this kind of crime since 1950's, yet in recent years, with the development of reform, especially because of the international terrorist organizations have affiliated to our country, as for this, this article mainly deals with the subject and object aspects of the crimes of terrorism.
