摘要
描述用于HL-1托卡马克装置的弹丸发射系统。系统的低温恒温器采用液氮冷却,丸料气由加速枪管单道引入,在恒温器冷冻池中心孔内浓缩固化生成φ1.1mm弹丸。当适当脉冲压力(3~5MPa)的室温氦推进剂冲入冷池时,弹丸被吹动并在长270mm的枪管中加速到300~500m/s的速度。系统采用了大容积扩散室和限流导管相结合的二级扩散技术来处理大量的推进剂,避免其向LH-1放电真空室的扩散。系统设计参数选择、组成结构特点、运行方式和主要技术均得以描述。该系统工程联调已完成并安装于HL-1托卡马克装置,用于弹丸加料物理实验,取得了预期效果。
A pneumatic single shot hydrogen pellet injection system (PIS) has been developed. In this injector the cryostat is cooled down below 12 K by liquid helium. The gas of hydrogen isotopes is introduced from the gun barrel only to the central bole of freezing, cell where a pellet with diameter of 1.1 mm is formed from gasous directly. When a pulse of electrical heat was trigged while burst of high pressure propellant of He (3 5MPa) was admitted, the pellet could be accelerated in a gun barrel with inner diameter of 1.1 mm and length of 270 mm to a speed up to 300~500m/s. The constructions, operations, the maim technolgies of the PIS and the initial pellet fueling experiment results On HL - 1 Tokamak were presented.
