An Investigation into Pragmatic Ambivalence Strategy in A Dream of Red Marsions

本文试图根据动态语用学之语用模糊理论,从语言交际者的相互关系、语境、话语之力、言外之的等角度,对小说<红楼梦>中一些人物对话实例进行分析,以求对语用模糊策略的本质特征、实现条件、运作方式及其在文学作品中的修辞功能有进一步的认识.

From the perspective of dynamic pragmatics, this paper seeks to investigate the strategy of pragmatic ambivalence employed in the character conversations in the novel A Dream of Red Mansions. Through an analysis of a few conversational examples, the paper hopes to offer a better understanding of the strategy, with particular regard to its basic features, realization conditions, operational rules and its rhetorical functions in literary works.
