针刺按摩法治疗近视眼147例疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on 157 Cases of Myopea Treated with Awpuncture and Massage

近视眼多发于青少年,是一种最常见的屈光不正;据报道近视发病率为33.87～42％。笔者采用针刺与按摩相结合的方法治疗观察147例,取得了满意的效果,现报道如下。临床资料一、一般临床资料资料来源:均经医院检查验光确诊后特来本专科门诊治疗的病人。治疗组104例,205只患眼;其中男性49例,98只眼,女性55例,107只眼。另设对照组43例,85只眼;共147例,290只患眼。年龄在5～29岁之间,视力在0.04～0.8之间。二、诊断与分类根据中华医学会眼科学会眼屈光学组1985年10月的统一标准。

A new therapeutic approach for myopia with combined acupunctur and massage by means of Chinese medical principle was introduced, and the satisfacforg result and experience in 147 cases (290 eyes) were reported. Results: 32.19% recovered, 38.54 % excellent, 27.8% improved in 104 cases (205 eyes) and toal effective rate is 98.54%. In therapeutic (combined acup- ucture and massage) group. 18.82% rec- overed, 29.41% excellent, 37.65% imp- roved in 43 cases (85 eyes) and total effectived rate is 85.88% in control (acupuncture only) group. Both group shoued effective, but the result of th- evapeutic group is more effecteve than the control group (P<0. 01). That is the thevaprutic effect of combined acupunc- ture and massage is better than only with acupuncture. Both effects of acupuncture and mass- age ace existing. After acupuncting, m- assage can protect the acupoint to enh- ance the conductive of the channel, pr- omote the flow of qi and circulation, clean and activate the charmels and co- llaterals, refresh the conciousness and improve the eyesight.
