发掘高等体育教育功能 完善竞技体育人才培养体制

Exploration the Functions of High Physical Education and Perfection the Cultivating System of Sports Athletes

从高等体育教育体系中竞技体育体制及其运行方式、高等体育教育体系与竞技体育人才培养体制的融合、发掘高等体育教育功能 ,完善竞技体育人才培养体制三个方面对国内高等体育教育体系中竞技体育的人才培养体制现状、存在问题和进一步发展进行了讨论。

The current situations and problems of athletes' cultivating system in high physical education system of China are discussed in three aspects:1) the athletic sports system and operation way; 2) the syncretism of high physical education system and athletes' cultivating system; 3) exploration functions of high physical education and perfection of athletes' cultivating system. Some ideas on cultivating sports athletes in high physical education are also put forward.
