台车上真丝织物的强制成圈织造

Knitting by Forced Loop Forming of Silk Fabries on Loop Wheel Machine

本文提出了利用成圈轮进行纱线强制成圈的织造方法,来解决不能依靠弯纱轮精确弯纱的纤维在台车上的织造问题,并分析了台车生产中沉降片在挺升新线圈过程中挺升阻力的自调节作用。随后提出了在台车上利用现有装备进行强制成圈织造的技改方法。

A force loop forming method with loop wheel is presented in order to solve the problem that some fibres fail to be knitted on loop wheel machine, since they can't be precisely sank by sinker wheels. The self adjustment of sinker's pushing force by which the new loops are pushed up is analysed. A modification for loop forming on the machine by using of existing outfit is introduced eventually.
