西部大开发面临的是两个大开放，即对外大开放和对内大开放，开放就需要交流。新疆是一个多民族、多语种、多方言的地区，语言问题相当复杂，从大的方面讲分为汉语群体和民语群体，这两大群体如何适应大开放的需要，跟上时代的步伐。

Development of western part of China is faced wi th two openings.One is the opening to the other parts of the country,the other i s the opening to the outside world.The opening means exchange.Xinjiang is a multi-lingual region.The language problem in this region is very complicated.Language community here is roughly divided into Chinese language community and ethnic language community.This article talks about how the two language communities adapt themselves to the needs of the development of western part of China.
