摘要
翻译是一种神圣的事情，它关涉到的不仅仅是译者一个人。中国翻译界目前存在着某些不健康的因素。为此，我们有必要重温译坛前辈们的精神，特别是追本穷源的精神、对读者负责的精神和淡泊名利的精神。
Translation is something holy,which involves not merely the translator himself.At present there exist some unhealthy elements in China's translation circles.Therefore,it is quite necessary to re-emphasize the noble spirits of veteran translators,especially those of getting to the bottom of things,being responsible to the reader and being indifferent to fame and fortune.
