摘要
采用分组实验的方法,研究长时间不同负荷的游泳训练对大鼠免疫系统功能和内分泌系统反应的影响。结果显示石组大鼠脾细胞对ConA和LPS刺激的应答能力下降;S组与C组大鼠的下丘脑、垂体、血浆中的β-EP、Dyn A1-13、AVP、OT存在显著差异石组大鼠血浆中GC的浓度上升;胸腺细胞中GR显著降低。而C组和M组大鼠相比较,各指标无变化。由此可知,不同负荷训练导致大鼠免疫系统功能和神经内分泌系统功能发生不同的变化,两系统间内在的相关机制尚需进一步研究。
By experiments in different groups, the authors studied the effect of long - term swimming with various loads on the immunity and response of endocrine system. The results show that in Group S, the rats' splenocyte proliferation in response to ConA and LPS decreases; marked difference of ββ - EP, Dyn A1 - 13, AVP, OT are found in the levels of hypothalamus, pituitary and plasma in Group S and Group C. In Group S, the plasma concentration of GC increases while GR in intact thymus significantly decreases. But there is no difference between group C and Group M. So it could be concluded that different changes would take place in rat immunity and neuroendocrine after long- term exercise at various loads. It is necessary to make further study on the interrelation between the immunity and neuroendocrine response.
