本文介绍了在德国 Karl Mayer 公司提花径编机上开发立体效应贾卡提花冰箱罩的工艺设计方法、工艺参数的确定,以及采用 WKS-200型电脑控制提花纹版冲孔系统制作花型纹版的方法;和选用低捻度涤纶低弹丝提高产品质量的效果。
The technological design and the selection of processing parameters for knitting jacquard
furnishing fabrics with three dimensional effect used as refrigerator cover on HDRJ5/2PLM
two-needle bar jacquard warp knitting machine from Karl.Mayer are discussed.Means for
making pattern cards by electronically controlled punching system WKS-200 and the results
achieved using low elastic yarn in improving the quality of the fabrics are described.
