本文作者采用纯苎麻纱,在国产 Z303型经编机上编织夏季内衣面料,确立了以烧毛为主的纱线前处理工艺,探索了在经编设备上生产纯苎麻针织产品的工艺路线及各项工艺参数,为开发苎麻产品开辟了一条新的途径。

A description of knitting summer used fabric of pure ramie yarn on warp knittingmachine Z303 is given.A pretreatment technology which takes singeing process as the mainis ascertained.The technological process and processing parameters for knitting this kind offabric on warp knitting machine are studied.Thus a new way for eveloping ramie fabrics is set up.
