摘要
本文比较了噪声性耳聋组与对照组听力曲线的形态特征,结果表明噪声组听力曲线双耳对称性分布和高频段“V”、“U”型凹陷高于对照组,而高频段倾斜形下降两组无差异。初步认为噪声性耳聋的听力曲线应是双侧对称性的感音性听力下降,高频段呈“V”、“U”型凹陷具有一定的诊断意义。
The difference between the audiometric curves of noise deafness and that of the general deafness was studied. The result showed that the audiometric curves of both ears showed a symmetrical distribution in the noise group. The incidence of the 'V' shaped and 'U' shaped lowering at high frequency seg、ment appeared to be higher in the noise group than that in the control group(P<0.01). However, the sloping declination at high frequency showed no difference between the two groups (P>0.05). It was believed that the audiometric curves of the noise deafness would show a symmetrical nervous hypoacusis. The shapes of the letters 'V' shaped and 'U' shaped lowering at high frequency segmem would have some diagnostic significance.
