摘要 我国期房抵押贷款与英美法系“按揭”制度不同 ,期房抵押贷款与一般现房抵押贷款有别 ,期房可以作为抵押权的客体。个人住房期房抵押已突破了我国传统的抵押权制度。 The system of mortgage loan with residence being built is different from the mortgage system in common law countries. Mortgage loan with the residence being built varies from the mortgage loan with the residence built. The residence being built can be the object of mortgage. The mortgage with personal residence being built has broken through the traditional system of mortgage in China.
