摘要
本文应用振动冲击分析方法、数据采集技术和故障诊断理论,对热电厂排粉风机进行了振动冲击测量、现场信号采集和振动分析与诊断,成功地找出了该风机轴承因振动冲击频繁破坏和更换的根本原因.
This article deals with the vibration analysis and fault diagnosis of a fan for conveying coal powder to a boiler in a thermal power plant. Through the vibration and shock pulse data collection and several kinds of spectrum analysis the cause of the vibration fault was found to be misalignment of one of the bearings. After having been repaired according to the diagnosis report the fan has been running in an excellent condition.
