摘要
本文以两圆柱撞击发声的理论为基础,将齿轮的啮合冲击产生的加速度噪声看作是两变曲率半径的柱体撞击产生的噪声来建立研究齿轮加速度噪声的理论模型,从理论上研究齿轮啮合冲击产生的加速度噪声,根据齿轮加速度噪声的理论编制程序计算,详细讨论齿轮的各种误差对齿轮加速度噪声的影响,比较理论结果和实验结果,获得较好的效果.
In this paper,based on the theory of sound from the impact of two cylinders,we estabil-ish the acoustic model for studying the acceleration noise from meshing impact of gears,considering the acceleration noise from the meshing impact of gears as that from the impact of two cylinders with variable curvature radius,and study its mechanism theoretically. Then we make program to calculate the acceleration noise and discuss the influence of several kinds of gear errors on noise. The good conclusions are drawn by comparing the measured results with the theoretical ones.
