摘要
通过对江西与邻近 4省竞技体育人才现状的对比分析 ,找出了江西省竞技体育人才方面存在的问题 。
By Comparative analysis on sports personnel between Jiangxi and the other four neighbor provinces, the author finds out the problems of personnel quality in sports in Jiangxi province, and put forwards the countermeasures for solving the problem.
