After 'WWⅡ', Japanese adjusted education institution, the government amended constitution and changed system, improved education circle and sports circle organizational institution. Physical Education was adopted new contents and society set sports federation and clubs, and also held the sports meetings. This had evenly paved the road for sports normalization.
