摘要
目的 :研究红细胞免疫缺陷动物模型。方法 :大鼠采用低硒饲料喂养 13周 ,观察红细胞免疫功能以及氧化抗氧化功能的变化情况。结果 :第 8周时 ,模型组动物红细胞免疫功能发生紊乱 ,以E C3 bR和E ACCR低下为主。至第 13周时更为明显 ,红细胞免疫黏附功能明显下降 ,E IC含量明显增高。与此同时 ,红细胞氧化和抗氧化功能也发生明显变化 ,SOD、GSH PX活性下降 ,MDA含量上升。结论 :13周时 。
Objective:To investigate the Model of rats on the Hypoimmunity of the erythrocyte. Methods:rats were fed by low Selenium diet for 13 weeks. the number of erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette, immune complex rosette and erythrocyte immune adherence cancer receptor rosette of the model were tested. Results:erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette, erythrocyte immune adherence cancer receptor rosette, SOD and GSH PX of rats decreased but erythrocyte immune complex rosette and MDA increased significantly in the rats. Conclusion:erythrocytoimmunity function of the rats were changed significantly fed by low Selenium diet for 13 weeks.
