摘要
目的 :观察糖平煎的降糖机理。方法 :一次性腹腔注射STZ复制大鼠糖尿病模型 ,糖平煎治疗 15d。结果 :糖平煎大、小剂量组和模型组比较FBG下降 (P <0 0 1) ,MDA降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血清Ins水平、SOD水平升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,免疫组化染色显示糖平煎组胰岛B细胞Ins分泌颗粒丰富。结论 :糖平煎可以改善B细胞功能并促进Ins分泌 ,可以抗自由基损伤 。
Objective:To observe the reducing sugar mechanism of Tangpingjian.Methods:To duplicate the rats of the diabetic model by injection of STZ into the abdominal cavity and treat with Tangpingjian for 15 days.Results:Compared with the model contrast group,the FBG ( P <0 01) and MDA ( P <0 05) in the large and small dosage groups are markedly lowered;the serum Ins.and SOD levels are raised obviously ( P <0 05).the immunohistochemical staining shows the abundant B cell Ins.secretory granules.Conlusion:Tangpingjian can improve the Ins.B cell function,promote the Ins.secretion and resist the free radical damage,and has a good effect on lowering the blood glucose.
