摘要
目的 :探讨新加沙参麦冬汤抗肿瘤的理论基础。方法 :本研究采用荷瘤小鼠瘤重、抑瘤率、肿瘤自发转移率、生存期、胸腺 (脾脏 )指数、自然杀伤细胞活性、淋转率等指标检测新加沙参麦冬汤对小鼠移植性S180、Lewis肺癌、EAC腹水瘤的抑制作用。结果 :新加沙参麦冬汤具有一定的抑瘤谱及抑瘤强度。结论 :本方对荷瘤小鼠具有一定的抑瘤谱及抑瘤强度 。
Objective:To study the anti tumour basic theory of Xinjiashashenmaidong decoction.Methods:Tumour weight and inhibitory rate and spontaneous metastatic rate and survival rate and index of thymus (spleen) and NK and conversion rate of lymphocyte were determinated in the mouse bore S180 and Lewis and EAC.Conclusion:Xinjiashashenmaidong decoction has certain anti tumour spectrum and effect.The enhancement of immune is the basic principal.
