心梗后左心衰大鼠心气虚证动物模型的研究

Study on Syndrome of Asthenia Cardiac Qi of Rat Left Heart Failure with Myocardial Infarction

目的 :建立心梗后左心衰大鼠心气虚病证结合动物模型。方法 :采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉主干造成心梗后左心衰 ,从心率、呼吸、心功能、耐疲劳程度等方面进行心气虚证指标的量化观察。结果 :模型组动物与假手术组术后 30d相比 ,呼吸频率和心率加快 ,饲料消耗指数及体重增加指数下降 ,力竭性游泳时间缩短 ,心功能参数SV、CO、CI均下降 ,LVET缩短 ,以上指标两组相比有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :心率 呼吸 力竭性游泳时间 心功能低下等共同组成了心梗后左心衰大鼠心气虚证的指标 。

Objective:To establish rat model of combining disease with syndrome of deficiency of Heart Qi caused by Left Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction.Methods:Rat left coronary artery was ligated to cause left heart failure after myocardial infarction.Heart rate,breath frequency,cardiac function and exhausting swimming time were observed to evaluate syndrome of deficiency of Heart Qi.Results:Heart rate and breath frequency was increased.Index of animal feeds consumption and index of weight gain was descendent.Exhausting swimming period lessen.Numerical value of cardiac function Parameter include SV,CO and CI reduced and LVET shorten.Above index changes appeared after 30 days of operation in model group.But similar phenomenon was observed in control group.Two group had significant difference( P <0 01).Conclusion:Heart rate breath frequency exhausting swimming time cardiac function quantitatively evaluated syndrome of deficiency of Heart Qi caused by left heart failure after myocardial infarction.
