工会法法律责任的确立与完善

The Establishment and Improvement of Legal Responsibility of Trade Union Law

本文着重分析工会法法律责任的特点、内容 ,违反《工会法》的行为以及追究法律责任的主体、方式和程序等 ,并对工会法法律责任存在的若干问题予以分析 ,并提出完善中国工会法法律责任的若干建议。

This article analyses the characteristics and contents of legal responsibility of trade union law of the PRC, actions of violating trade union law and main body, means and procedure of investigating legal responsibility. It points out some problems of legal responsibility of trade union law and gives some suggestions of improving legal responsibility of Trade Union Law of the PRC.
