摘要
本文针对工资集体协商中的经济问题进行了较系统的分析 ,在分析宏观经济形势和企业经济状况的基础上 ,着重对工资集体协商中的几个重要指标进行了剖析 ,力求能对企业工会参加工资集体协商的实践有所帮助。
This article systematically analyses economic problem of collective consultation on wages. It also analyses some important aspects of collective consultation on wages at the basis of macroeconomic and enterprise situations in order to help those enterprises' involvement in collective bargaining.
