摘要
针对船舶结构十字接头在装配中极易产生错边的工艺缺陷问题进行了研究.采用船用B级钢原为15mm的试样,带有不同的错边量,在静载和低周疲劳作用下进行了试验,由数理统计分析获知:2mm错边量对疲劳断裂寿命无明显影响,4mm以下的错边量可以满足力学性能的要求.这一结果对修改制订我国现行的工艺建造标准提供了科学依据,对船舶的使用安全和建造成本产生了有利的影响,具有实用的价值.
The technical defect——alignment error of cruciform joints in ship structure is produced easily inassembly, this problem has been studied in this paper. Tensile test and low cycle fatigue test have been made,using specimens (class B steel for shipbuilding with 15mm thickness) with different alignments. The statistical analysis results in that if the alignment error is equal to 2mm it is no effect on the fatigue life,and if less than 4mm it yet can meet the needs of mechanical performance. This result will provide a scientific basis for revising the current technical building standard,and give an good effect on ship safety and building cost,so it has a very useful value.
