铁素体不锈钢(F201)与低碳钢(Q235A)对接焊时的材料选择

摘要 本文研究了铁素体不锈钢(F201)与低碳钢(Q235A)对接采用TIG:焊和手工焊时,选用不同的焊接材料对焊缝成形和性能的影响.试验结果表明.不同的焊接方法和焊接材料均影响焊缝成形和接头性能.采用合适的焊接方法和焊接材料能使接头获得满意的性能.证明用F201代替1Cr18NigTi奥氏体不锈钢与Q235A低碳钢对接是可行的.文中还提供了F201与Q235A钢对接时合适的焊接工艺参数. Studies the effects of different welding materials on weld appearance and welded joint properties in the butt welding of ferritic stainless steel (F201) with low carbon steel (Q235A) using TIG (gas tungsten arc welding) or manual welding method. The test results show that both different welding methods and materials influence weld appearance and welded joint properties, Satisfied welded joint properties can be obtained by using suitable welding method and material, so the butt welding of Q235A with F201 instead of 1Cr18Ni9Ti is feasible. Suitable welding parameters is also provided for the butt welding of Q235A with F201
