摘要
加强农村基础设施的建设不仅仅是改善农村生活条件,还具有多方面的经济意义。本文在多角度透视农村基础设施建设的理论内涵的基础上,详实地论证了农村基础设施建设对农业和农村经济发展、增加农民收入、改善农村消费环境和启动内需的重要性,提出了调整财政政策趋向,增加农村基础设施投资的政策建议。
It is not only improve rural living condition but also have economic signification to pay more attention to the construction of infrastructure in countryside. Studying on the base of theory of construction of infrastructure in countryside from different views, the author in details demonstrated the importance of construction of infrastructure in countrysideon improving farmer’s income, amending rural consumption environment and starting up the inner need. Meanwhile the author proposed the tend of adjusting financial policy and investing policyof construction of infrastructure in countryside .
