论述了邓小平关于青年人才培养的战略性、培养目标、成长道路以及选拔青年人才的思路等观点。认为邓小平的青年人才思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,具有高度的战略性、严密的系统性和较强的实践性,对于引导当代青年健康成长和成才具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
This paper expounds the viewpoints of strategic thinking,training objectives, development course and talents-selecting on Deng Xiao-ping’s thought of youth talents The talents concept is an important part of Deng Xiao-ping’ theory, and it is characterized by advanced strategy, compact system and powerful practicality. In this paper, it is discussed that the theory is practicable and meaningful to the healthy growth of modern youth .
