摘要
根据开展高校心理教育和心理咨询的经验,就日益加剧的个人竞争和社会竞争对大学生造成的心理压力问题,从分析压力源入手,探讨了对大学生开展应对教育的具体措施,包括进行学习指导、人际交往指导、就业指导以及帮助大学生学会调整自我期望、学会放松和寻求社会支持等,从而减轻心理压力,促进心理健康。
This paper discusses the psychological problems of college students resulting from heated social competition, including the sources of stress and the ways to lighten stress, such as guiding learning、communication and helping college students to learn to adjust self-expectation,relieve and look for social support etc.
