学分制,是以学分作为计量学生学习分量单位,以学生取得必要的基本学分作为毕业标准的一种教学组织管理制度。它以选课制为基础,实行弹性学制,重视学生的个性发展,有利于人才的培养。本文论述了学分制的特点与模式,并就高职学校在学分制实施过程中应着重解决的问题,提出了相应对策。

Credit system is used as a measure of work compieted by a student, and also a teaching administrative system connected with standard of students’graduation.On the basis of elective system, it practices flexible educational system, and attaches importance to students’personality, so it’s conductive to the development of talents. The paper expounds the characteristics and patterns of credit system and puts forward measures to the problems when enforce it.
