摘要
有关体育活动对人的情绪的影响的研究成为当今体育锻炼心理学领域中的热点课题。本文介绍了有关参加体育活动对个体情绪健康的积极作用 ,很多对照研究结果都表明 ,参加一定强度的体育锻炼能够使个体保持良好的心境 ,可以减轻个体的抑郁和焦虑状态 ,对人的心理健康有积极意义。
The relationships between physical activity and emotional health have became the major interesting research topic in exercise psychology. The purpose of this paper is to present some researches about the effects of participating physical activity on emotion. The results of many cross-sectional studies have shown that participating in exercise may reduce the score of depression and anxiety. The author thinks that exercise plays an important role in maintaining individual's positive emotional state.
