梓油中光学活性甘油酯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 梓油中含有一种特异的四酯结构,在旋光测定中表现为[α]-D^(20)- 5°38'。采用气—质色谱及质谱对梓油中的光学活性甘油酯结构进行了确定。结果表明四酯结构为:甘油1,2位羟基与十八碳脂肪酸酯化,另一位羟基与8-羟基5,6-辛二烯酸酯化,而辛二烯酸的W-羟基又与2,4癸二烯酸酯化成为四酯结构。 Stillingia oil, the seed oil of the Chinese tallow tree, Sapium sebiferum, contains a special tetraester triglycerid-structure. It has a specific rotation of [a]_D^(20)-5°38'. Mass spectral analysis shows that in the tetraester eighteen-carbon acid is esterified to one primary and the secendary hydrox-yl group of glycerol. The other primary hydroxyl of glycerol is esterified to 8-bydroxy 5,6-octadi-enoic acid, and its w-hydroxyl group is esterified to 2,4-decadienoic acid.
