摘要
本文论述了建立气力压运试验台的重要意义,阐明了建立气力压运试验台的指导思想,介绍了具有代表性的气力压近试验台的设计及试验方案设计。 该试验台可以改变各输送参数和设备运转条件,还可以变换不同型号的设备,实现在一个试验台上完成多个工况的试验。
The significance of establishing a pneumatic conveying test bench as well as the principal idea for this establishment is expounded and the design of a typical pneumatic conveying test bench with its test plans is worked out. Such a test bench not only changes each conveying parameter and working conditions of the equipments, but also makes it possible for equipments with different sizes to be tested on it.
