摘要
本文论述了浸出混合油喷雾蒸发脱溶的原理,并对喷雾蒸发的工艺过程和工艺参数进行了研究,找到了影响喷雾蒸发脱溶的主要因素.证明浸出混合油喷雾蒸发脱溶是完全可行的.通过L_9(3~4)正交试验,确定了喷雾蒸发脱溶的最佳工艺条件.
The principle and the technological parameters and processof the spray-evaporation desolvation of the miscella were discussed in the present paper and the factors that in-flunced the desolvation was studied . The feasibility of the desolvation and its optimum technological conditionswere found through the L9(34) orthogonal experiments.
