对浸出油残留溶剂国标测定方法的几点改进意见

OPINIONS ON THE NATIONAL STANDARD METHOD FOR RESIDUE SOLVENT IN SOLVENT EXTRACTED OIL

对浸出油残留溶剂国标测定方法存在的一些问题进行了探讨.实验结果表明,在一定范围内,测定结果与汽化瓶及油样的体积无关,因而二者体积不需要求准确.汽化瓶不用加铝盖,用反口塞加上聚乙烯薄膜,便可达到密闭及减少吸附的要求.对该方法提出了改进意见,简化了测定手续,提高了准确性.

Some drawbacks found in GB (national standard) method for determining residue solvent in solvent extracted oil were investigated . The results indicated that , within certain range, the residue solvent in oil tested had nothing to do with the volume of the vaporizing bottle or with the oil sample , so both volumes are not necessarily to be accurate in practical use. For the purpose of airtightness and reduction of solvent vapor adsorption a rubber stopper lined with polyethylene film was used, instead of aluminum cap , A simplified and more accurate procedure was proposed .
