摘要
本研究采用正交试验方法,探讨了SO_2、NH_3和丙酸间歇复合处理高水分玉米的有效剂量和方法.结果表明:SO_2和NH_3间歇复合处理能够抑制高水分玉米霉变,保持品质,效果良好.
The orthogonal experiment was employed to find a proper dosage of the coum-pound of SO2,NH3 and acrylic acid as well as the way to deal,intermittently,with high-moisture corn effectively. The result showed that the intermittent treatment of the high-moisture corn with the compound of SO2 and NH3 could effectively inhibit the growth of the mould,thus maintaining the corn's quality.
