径向机械通风仓干燥规律的实验研究及其过程的计算机模拟

摘要 本文通过实验对径向通风过程中的干燥规律进行研究.结合作者在前文得到的玉米薄层干燥方程建立了模拟径向通风干燥过程的数学模型及计算程序,并以实验数据进行了修正.该程序能够较好地预测玉米径向通风的干燥过程,为径向通风仓的设计与使用提供了迅速、简便而有效的工具. The process of radial airflow drying on maize is tested on a laboratory apparatus and a model to simulate the process has been developed, including the thin-layer drying equation set up by the anthor earlier[1]. The model is further revised by comparing the computer simulation resul'.s with experiment data. The model can be employed not only to simulate any process of radial airflow drying with little variation, but also to predict the results of drying. A-part from these, it provides a simple, quick and effective method for the design of radial airflow drying grain house.
