摘要
根据煤矿工人的膳食营养特点,在普通面粉中添加其需要的多种营养素,研制成功了矿工专用粉.并经70天的食用观察和营养学研究,证明该面粉确能对矿工起到营养保健的作用,其各项卫生指标均符合卫生要求.
Based on the present nutrients in the miners'diet,special flour for miners was developed by adding several essential nutrients to the ordinary flour. After 70 days observation and analysis of the practical meals,the flour proved to have enhanced miners health in nutrients. Besides, every index in the special flour accorded with the requirements of food sanitation.
