摘要
本文通过对酒样中沉淀物的定性分析,确定了该沉淀物为CaSO_4·2H_2O,并定量测定了勾兑用水中Ca^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)及活性碳中的SO_4^(2-)含量,从而为避免沉淀的产生提供了科学依据.
Through the qualitative analysis of the deposits in the sample spirit,the deposits were identified to be CaS4. 2H2O,and through the quantitative analysis,the content of Ca2+. SO42- in the water added in the spirit and the content of SO42+ in the active carbon were deter-mined. which provided a scientific basis for the avoidance of deposits.
