摘要
本文以实验为根据给出了碱性中低温化学镀镍工艺;论述了碱锰电池外壳碱性化学镀镍磷合金镀液的性质,即镀液中主要组成、镀液pH值以及施镀温度对沉积速度的影响。该工艺有良好的光亮性和镀液稳定性,显示出供生产应用的可能性。
Based on experiments, this paper provides the technology of plating Ni at low temperature in alkaline solution. It deals with the bath property about electroplating Ni-P alloy in alkaline solution for the alkaline battery case, or the influences on the deposition rate by the main compositions, pH value and temperature. This technology has excellent brightness and bath stability, and offers the possibility of its application to produce.
