摘要
从XPD-(120 90)-4洗衣机电机凸缘端盖的制造推出确定凸缘圆筒形拉深件拉深次数的新方法,以及利用拉深过程中毛坯的应力与应变状态的变化规律来决定拉深模中凸凹模尺寸的原则。
From the fact of making a flange cover of the motor of XPD-90120-4 washing machine,the
thesis imfers a new way of determining of the times of pulling depth of the working parts shaped like a round barrel with a flange and deciding the size of cover and concave model of pulling depth model by using the law of the change related to stress and meet an emergency state of the semifinished product in the process of pulling depth.
