摘要
介绍了用高压釜在高温及压力条件下,将γ-丁内酯氮化合成α-吡咯烷酮的实验情况。测定了原料配比、停留时间、氨浓度、温度、装料量、加压等多种因素对γ-丁内酯转化率、α-吡咯烷酮收率及选择性的影响,得出了反应的最佳工艺条件,为α-吡咯烷酮的大规模生产提供了可靠数据。
A mehod of producing α-pyrrolidone by reacting γ-butyrolactone with ammonia in the presence of water at elevated temperatures and pressures is introduced. The yield of α-pyrrolidone reached 90% using 4 : 1 NH3 and γ-butyrolactones at 210℃ and continued to react 3h whilst maintaining pressure which are at least 10 persent higher than the pressure equal to the sum of the partial pressures of the reactants at 210℃.
