This paper tries to explore the application in the canned assembly line, and the mechanism of synthesis of micro-bubble, water-base lubricant.This kind of lubricant is easy to dissolve in water and to be cleaned, and has tiny bubbles. Therefore, It helps to improve the quality of products and reduce the consumption quota of casts.
