摘要
本文通过对腐败含义的阐释,针对我国目前存在的腐败问题,分析其发生的制度原因,提出反腐败应采取的法律对策。
In the new period, for enhancing the construction of the party's work style, the sixteenth congress of the Party puts forward clearly the necessity of enhancing further the struggle against corruption. This paper, by the annotation of corruption and against the problems that corruption exists currently in our country, analyzes the system causes and brings out the legal countermeasures.
